Posted in Uncategorized on April 13, 2009 by dhhmp

Dynasty Hip-Hop Incorporated’s Mentoring Program’s (DHHI) mission is to utilize hip-hop, its culture, and its industry to educate, motivate and empower youth with the training, and skills to become more productive members of society.  The program succeeds in the above statement by training the students in the culture of the music industry.  The students are divided into perspective groups similar to record companies where everyone has a job, from CEO, producer, artist, A&R, marketing exec, publicist, and graphic design, just to name a few.  This allows the student to use their talent in these areas while learning teamwork, responsibility, organizational skills, as wells as the overall objective. The reward for the student’s success in this program will be the principles that are taught, which will stay with them for life, in addition to that, the recording of their songs in a professional studio, and airplay in radio markets. This allows the youth to see successful entrepreneurs in action in an industry that they know very well, entertainment. The following corporations and individuals have partnered with Dynasty to bring the youth of this program hands on mentoring.
